The HSE has announced it will be making a new remote consultation software available to physio therapists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and other key healthcare workers in Galway and the rest of the western region.
The ‘Attend Anywhere’ software will allow healthcare professionals to hold consultations with patients for the first time since the introduction of the Covid-19 restrictions.
Fine Gael Galway West TD, Hildegarde Naughton has welcomed the move. “The pandemic has completely altered our lives but one thing that has to remain unchanged during uncertain times is our determination to protect and care for our most vulnerable,” she said. “This is one small step towards that goal.”
